This book does, in theory, seem to have some good advice on that front. However, without being able to test it myself at this point I can not attest to it's effectiveness. With that said, as much as their was good information strewn throughout the book, there did seem to be a lot of filler that I felt needed to be sifted through. If you're looking to get yourself and your business into the lime light, I'd recommend giving this book a quick read.Everything you DON'T know about branding is here. I was so focused on the product and sales that I missed the mark as to what personal branding really is about. As Mike clearly explaisn in the book "Viral Personal Branding", it is about the customer and not the entrepreuer. Like many entrepreneurs, I was missing that one magic key: It is about how the customers feel and not YOU. This is a game changer in switching one's mindset to approach to thinking along the lines of how customers feel when they interact with you.This book doesn't pull punches or butter you up with fluff or tell you how great you are. Instead, it gets to the point and reminds you how great your customers are. Mike has all the tools needed to build a successful personal brand. You can focus in on your specific niche and be well equipped to bring satisfaction to your best customers.My favorite parts of the book are on content creation and more specifically, how to market, promote and launch new content.
